For my sixth module at university, I was tasked with staging a 3 bedroom bungalow in Nottingham owned by Mr and Mrs Barker. Their property had been valued at £450,000 but had been on the market for 6 months with no firm offers. 

I chose to stage the kitchen and bathroom as they were seen by the clients to be the most valuable areas of the property. Mr and Mrs Barker stated that they prefer contemporary styles but were open to whatever would benefit the saleability of the bungalow. The clients had 2 budget levels: one at £5,000 and one at £15,000.
